Type in code at link and get your $5 Reward eCard*

Q:        What is a Reward eCard?

A:         A Reward eCard is a virtual card with a unique code that may be used ONLINE ONLY. You may use this Reward eCard to make purchases online, at most websites that accept Visa

 

Q:        How do I receive my $5 Reward eCard? 

A:        Upon validation that you have met the program requirements, you will receive a unique code and link** via method used for request submission. You will type in code, your first and last name and email address at this provided link.  You will then be given the option to print your $5 Reward eCard* which will require a printer and/or to download a record of it to your computer. You will also receive an email confirmation upon the validation of your codes with a link to your $5 Reward eCard.  The link in the confirmation email will only be valid for 7 days of receipt of email. 

 

It is important that you print and/or properly save a record of your $5 Reward eCard to your computer.

 

Q:        How do I use my $5 Reward eCard?

A:

1)       Go Shopping online. This $5 Reward eCard can be used at most online retailers that accept Visa.

2)       Once you’ve selected the item(s) to purchase and are ready to check out, choose Visa as the method of payment.  

 

If the online retailer accepts multiple forms of payments and your purchases exceeds $5: Your purchases can exceed $5, however balance of the payment that exceed $5 will be your responsibility.

 

·         Designate $5 payment and when you are asked for your Visa card account number, enter the 16-digit number printed on your $5 Reward eCard.

·         When you are asked for the expiration date, enter August 2013.

·         When / if you are asked for the security code, enter the 3-digit security code printed on your $5 Reward eCard.

·         When you are asked for the name as it appears on your Visa card, enter your own name.

 

·         When you are asked for the billing address for your Visa card, please enter 111 John St. NY, NY 10038. This is the address associated with the company who is validating the Visa Reward eCard.

 

·         Designate remaining balance payment to your alternate method of payment.  Make sure and include all of YOUR information for payment process including YOUR address associated with that form of payment.

 

 

If retailer does not accept multiple forms of payment, your actual purchase, including shipping and handling and taxes must NOT exceed the amount on your $5 Reward eCard.

 

·         When you are asked for your Visa card account number, enter the 16-digit number printed on your $5 Reward eCard.

·         When you are asked for the expiration date, enter August 2013.

·         When / if you are asked for the security code, enter the 3-digit security code printed on your $5 Reward eCard.

·         When you are asked for the name as it appears on your Visa card, enter your own name.

 

·         When you are asked for the billing address for your Visa card, please enter 111 John St. NY, NY 10038. This is the address associated with the company who is validating the Visa eCard.

 

3)       When you are asked for the shipping address, enter your shipping address.

 

Q:        Why am I being asked for my billing address associated with the $5 Reward

             eCard? 

A:         This is legally required by the financial association.  You will NOT receive a bill.

 

Q:        What if my total order, including tax and shipping, is more than the value that is loaded onto my $5 Reward eCard?

A:         Unless the online retailer accepts multiple forms of payment towards a single transaction, your actual purchase, including shipping and handling and taxes must NOT exceed the amount on your $5 Reward eCard.

 

Q:        What if my total order, including tax and shipping, is less than the value that is loaded onto my $5 Reward eCard?

A:          If your purchase is less than the amount on your $5 Reward eCard, you may use the remaining balance to make another purchase or to purchase a gift card for this amount at any online retailer. Make sure and use your balance by August 31, 2013.

Q:        What if I still have a balance on my $5 Reward eCard when it expires on August 31, 2013?

A:         If there is still a balance when the $5 Reward eCard expires, the balance is forfeited.

        

Q:        Can I print out my $5 Reward eCard and just use it at a store?

A:         No, the $5 Reward eCard can ONLY be used at most online retailers that accept Visa.

 

Q.         What is the deadline for me to submit proof of purchase to be eligible for the $5 Reward eCard offer?

 

A:         You must submit all the requirements by11:59 PST on April 15, 2013

 

 

Q:        When is the deadline for me to redeem my $5 Reward eCard?

A:         You will be able to redeem and use the $5 Reward eCard until August 31, 2013.

 

Q:        Does my $5 Reward eCard expire?

A:         Yes.  Your $5 Reward eCard expires on August 31, 2013.  IMPORTANT:  You will lose any balance that remains on the $5 Reward eCard after August 31, 2013.
