1. Circle the two (2) qualifying Coppertone purchases on your ONE receipt. 2. Include the following in your picture:
- Retailer’s name and address
3. Flatten the receipt and place it on a dark non-reflective surface. 4. Make sure there is enough light and that the entire receipt is in the frame and no shadows or wrinkles appear. 5. Hold the camera steady and make sure the one receipt is in focus. 6. Review the image quality before submitting. If the image is clear to you chances are it’s clear to us. 7. If receipt is too long please fold the receipt so that the Coppertone items are clearly visible, together with store name, address, date and transaction number. 8. Upon validation in 24-48 hours of your qualified Coppertone purchases you will receive a code to download a $5 Rewards eCard at coppertonegiftcardoffer.com
9. Receipt must be submitted by 11:59 PST on 4/15/13 10. Please note systems requirements. 11. You have the option to print your $5 Reward eCard* which will require a printer and/or to download a record of it to your computer.
12. The link in the confirmation e-mail will only be good 7 days from receiving the email.
Your $5 Reward eCard* is valid at online retailers that accept Visa, now through 8/31/13.
